You’re concerned that they may fall, or maybe they have already been hospitalized for a fall or other condition and are hoping to return to their home upon discharge. Whatever the reason, making the decision on where it’s safe for them to live can be overwhelming and very emotional- especially if they, like most seniors, simply don’t want to leave the familiarity and privacy of their own home. Not sure if you need our services?

The cost of the Home Consultation is $300. We have found that our client's needs and limitations are as unique as their homes. Once we have identified what modifications need to be made to your home we can then prioritize based on your budget. Projects can range and typically start at a few thousand dollars and go up depending on what your desired outcome is.

Yes, you need to be the owner of the home. We cannot modify apartments or rentals.

We have access to many products that can seamlessly integrate with your existing decor and not create the undesirable "institutional" look. We can also work with interior designers to achieve your desired outcome.

In regard to the resale value of your home, it is an outdated belief that modifications that make your home safer and easier to navigate negatively impact the resale value of your home. In fact, the opposite is true, homes that are already safe and accessible or "forever homes" are more appealing to the aging Baby Boomer population.

If you have already worked with a Occupational Therapist or another qualified support service that has given you specifics on what modifications need to be made to your home and you aren't interested in a Home Consultation, we can happily provide you with a quote for those modifications and manage the project for you.

We are located in Granville, Ohio and happily serve Central Ohio and the surrounding counties.
